Reading by email
Psychic readings and consultations from psychic readers are by their nature subjective and are a very personal experience between the reader and the questioner. All readings are genuine and are done in the best interests of the client to provide the service requested by the client. No complete guarantees can be given for information supplied in a reading, and all information is supplied in good faith.
Direct deposit or wire transfer payments
All goods that are purchased via the direct deposit or wire transfer methods from this site will only be shipped when the funds transferred have been fully cleared by the bank. All bank details can be found either below or on the invoice that is emailed to you at time of purchase. Please allow 3 days for the funds to be cleared by the bank. A notification email will be sent to you when the funds have been cleared and the goods are ready for shipping.
Shipping and handling
The utmost care is taken when packaging and distributing all products. Mystic Spirits takes no responsibility for lost packages or mishaps caused by Australia Post or other courier companies being used. Please notify Mystic Spirits with any queries or concerns regarding shipping and handling via email to info@mysticspirits.com.au or by clicking on the Contact Us link located at the top of each web page.
Postage costs
Mystic Spirits offers free postage for all items to anywhere in Australia. For customers wishing to purchase items and have them delivered outside of Australia, they must contact Mystic Spirits for a quote prior to shipping. An additional fee for shipping and handling will be quoted and must be paid in full prior to any goods being shipped to the designated address. This includes all items except for Readings by Email and electronically sent Gift Certificates.
Returns and refunds
Requests for refunds on goods purchased through the Mystic Spirits store have to be made within 7 days of the goods being posted. Return postage of all items will be at the buyers expense. All refunds from Mystic Spirits will be made via bank transfer and will commence when all goods have been received by Mystic Spirits. Please allow up to 5 days after the goods have been received by Mystic Spirits for all funds to be cleared into your bank account. It is up to the buyer to supply the appropriate bank details for all monies to be deposited. Mysitc Spirits will not retain any bank detail information after the transfer process is complete.
Please note that due to the nature of email readings, these will not be a refundable product and upon payment for this item, you agree to the binding agreement that you are entering into.
